Abstract
Transitional justice is a new and complex concept , and each word
carries a number of implication , In the past two decades, scholars and
researchers have focused increasing attention on the question of how
countries wich ended the civil war and dictatorship deals with the
history of massive violations of human rights ?
In practices , countries used different measures to deal with that
history , some countries used judicial measures ( criminal prosecutions )
and other states used non-judicial measures ( truth commissions ,
reparation programs ) , but these two measures had faced obstacles .
