حظيت مشكلة السكن في العراق بأهتمام الكثير من الباحثين والأكاديميين لا بسبب دورها في معرفة الاسباب التي تقف وراء مشكلة السكن في العراق , فحسب انما أيجاد الحلول لتلك المشاكل , فكان لزاماً على الباحثين أعطاء أهمية كبيرة في ابحاثهم في هذا المجال .

يهدف البحث الى تسليط الضوء على مشكلة السكن في العراق في  المرحلة الحالية , وعلى الرغم من وجود دراسات كثيرة اختصت بمشكلة السكن بالعراق الا أنها لم تدرس أحتياج السكن من حيث أجازة البناء .

Abstract

The problem of housing in Iraq has attracted the interest of many researchers and academics not because of its role in knowing the reasons behind the problem of housing in Iraq, but to find solutions to those problems, it was necessary for researchers to give great importance in their research in this area.

The research aims at shedding light on the housing problem in Iraq at the current stage. Despite the existence of many studies related to the problem of housing in Iraq, it did not study the need for housing in terms of construction leave.
